Fenglehorn Sticky Pork Ribs Instructions

  • Ingredients

    • St Louis Style or Baby Back Pork Ribs
    • Fenglehorn Roasted Garlic Sauce (or Spicy Garlic Sauce)
    • Fenglehorn Memphis Magic BBQ Rub (or Peppery Pig BBQ Rub)
    • Fenglehorn Ballz Out BBQ Sauce (or Ballz Out XXX BBQ Sauce)
    • 100g Butter (melted)
    • 3 tablespoons Honey
    • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
    • Apple Juice

    Instructions

    • Removing the membrane from the underside of the rack
    • Generously smother your ribs in Fenglehorn Roasted Garlic Sauce, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours
    • Prepare your BBQ, smoker or oven and heat to 160°C/320°F
    • Remove from the fridge and generously cover with Fenglehorn Memphis Magic BBQ Rub and leave for 15 mins
    • Place ribs in oven/BBQ/smoker and cook (UNCOVERED) for approx 90 mins
    • Spritz with 50% Apple Juice/50% Water every 30 mins
    • GLAZE - Mix Butter, Honey, Brown Sugar, 150ml Apple Juice & 100ml BBQ sauce and set aside
    • Remove ribs and place in baking tray then cover with glaze
    • Cover with lid or foil and return to the oven at 180°C/350°F for 45-60 mins
    • Remove cover/lid and return to the oven for a further 30 mins to reduce glaze to a sticky finish.
    • Enjoy with Coleslaw, Mac & Cheese & Potato Salad
    • Go to the gym and work it all off!!
